A mix of big and small shops, eateries and cafés. There will also be health services for both tenants and guests.

The project

Ruseløkkveien 26, formerly known as House of Oslo, will be replaced by VIA. VIA is a building that will open up Vika. This will create new connecting lines, which will make it natural to travel via VIA on the way to or from the train or bus, or to and from Aker Brygge, Frogner, Tjuvholmen or the National Museum. Here you will find interesting spaces at the street level. Shops, cafés and restaurants. It will be possible to pass through the building on foot round the clock. Higher up in the building there will be high-quality office spaces. The building is owned and operated by Aspelin Ramm and Storebrand, two solid companies that are both respected as good representatives for urban development in Oslo.
